Products and pricing All prices are in euros and include VAT. We do our best to display products and prices accurately. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding on us.
Orders An agreement is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error.
Payment Payment is processed through the available payment methods (including iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Klarna). Your order is processed after payment is received.
Delivery We ship for free. The average delivery time is 5-7 business days, including tracking. Stated delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods.
Right of withdrawal and returns As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. In addition, we offer a 30-day return window. See our refund and return policy for the conditions.
Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the relevant order, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
