Lushko is an online shop based in the Netherlands. Our items are shipped directly by our partner suppliers, to every country offered at checkout.

Contact us

All your questions — order, delivery, returns, complaints — go through contact@lushko.com or the contact form on our site. We reply to every message by email. Customer service is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (CET). Please include your order number: this lets us reply from the very first message.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without having to give a reason. This right does not depend on any agreement from us. To exercise it, simply let us know: by email at contact@lushko.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button, or with the model form. We will then email you the return address and a reference that helps us match your parcel to your order. Full terms are set out in our withdrawal and refund policy.

All content on the site (text, visuals, logos, photographs) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

The processing of your data is detailed in our privacy policy. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing of, and port your data, exercisable at contact@lushko.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with the CNIL if you live in France.

Dispute resolution

Please contact us first at contact@lushko.com: the vast majority of disputes are resolved within a few exchanges. Failing an agreement, French consumers can contact the European Consumer Centre France (europe-consommateurs.eu) free of charge, which handles cross-border disputes within the European Union. You always retain the right to bring the matter before the competent court.
