Withdrawal and refund policy
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the last item in your order. You do not have to give a reason for your decision.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement before the 14-day period expires:
- by email to contact@lushko.com, stating your order number;
- or by using the model form below.
We acknowledge receipt of your request by email and tell you how to send the items back to us.

Sending the items back
You have 14 further days after informing us of your withdrawal to send the items back to us.
Before sending, email us at contact@lushko.com: we will email you the return address and a reference to include with your parcel. This reference helps us match your return to your order. If you do not have it, simply put your order number in the parcel.
The return address is sent to you by email.
Condition of the items
So that the item arrives in good condition, send it back in packaging that protects it and, if possible, with its labels.
You are of course allowed to try on a garment to check its size and fit, just as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
Return costs
The cost of sending the items back is at your expense, unless the item is faulty, does not match its description, or we made a mistake in the shipment. In those cases, we cover the full cost of the return.
We recommend a tracked shipment: until it reaches us, the parcel travels at your own risk.
Refund
We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery costs you paid when ordering, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard offer, only the costs of the standard offer are refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is the earliest.
The refund is made using the same means of payment as you used for your order, at no cost to you. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear on your account.
Partial returns and quantity discounts
If your order received the automatic 10% discount (from 2 items) and a partial return takes your order below this threshold, the refund is calculated on the amount actually paid for the items you keep.
Faulty items and legal guarantees
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). A non-conforming item can be repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Email us at contact@lushko.com with a photo and your order number.
